WHAT IS A BLEM WHEEL?
Blems are wheels that are too ugly to sell as firsts. Most of the blems we get are ugly because
the dye got messed up at the factory and the urethane color was not consistent with the rest of that
model. Some are trimmed badly. Others have cosmetic bubbles that occured when the urethane dried.
Occassionaly we get some with ugly hubs that have been tarnished or stained. What made
them ugly can be a million things, but what they all have in common is that the problem is in how the wheel
LOOKS - not in how they perform.
All cosmetic blems perform exactly as good as firsts. None of them are defective in any way that will
change the roll or grip or anything about the performance of the wheels. So if you don't mind
ugly, these are great deals!
ONCE THEY ARE GONE, THEY'RE GONE. If we have them, they're on this page. The ones we've had here were the product of about 20 years of dust-gathering on a
shelf somewhere, so now that they're gone, you can pretty much count on us never having *that* many again. Sorry.
