Please note: the US Postal Service does not deliver to our shop location. UPS and FedEX will not deliver to a post office box.
So please make sure you send to the right address so your gear gets back to us!
Please pack them up the way you got them, and include your order and contact info,
including the name on the credit card you used to pay for it and your phone number and email.
If you have DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED merchandise, please call us: CONTACT. We will make
sure your stuff is replaced or refunded, but we may make arrangments to have it sent back to the manufacturer instead of us.
Returns and Exchanges:
Skates and nearly all our items for sale are returnable if you haven't worn them.
Some of the manufacturers charge a restocking fee of 15%, others don't charge anything. So how
much money you get back depends on the skates you buy. Most stock skates do not have a restocking fee at all.
Custom skates are NOT returnable.
If you order skates in *WIDE WIDTH* or
special colors - anything outside of stock - those are not returnable for full
credit.
Custom skate packages with stock boots and stock parts (meaning you just want components that aren't
usually sold as a package) ARE usually returnable, however. We can build you whatever combination of stock boots,
plates, wheels, bearings and other parts, and as long as you have not skated in them or damaged them,
the skates will usually be returnable - with the exception of high-end plates, because the boots can't have stock
plates mounted again without damage. If you have any concerns, please ask before we put them
together for you, and we will let you know then if your skates will be refundable.
If you ordered the wrong size, you have to pay the shipping to swap them out.
If we sent you something you didn't order or a different size, we suck and of course we
will pay for whatever it takes to get you what you ordered.
International Orders: We'll exchange as many emails as we need to make sure we get you the
right size the first time! We do not want you to have to return stuff.

We're happy to refund the cost of your purchase back using the method you used to pay for it
(not including shipping, unless it was never shipped) up to 30 days. After
30 days, please accept a store credit, which never expires. You can use it for any item in our store.
